“Having” and “owning” and “receiving” are what the customers are after.  That’s the fun part.  Paying and buying and registering is the painful part.

I learned this trick from the sales guru Tom Hopkins, whose clients never ‘bought’ anything.  They got ‘happily involved’ with his products.
